Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Automotive – Technical Project Leader to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Lead and coordinate improvement initiatives within gearbox integration across various truck brands
• Act as Assignment Manager for “Red Arrow” aftermarket issues, ensuring structured problem-solving and efficient follow-up
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, service, and product management
• Be onsite approximately 50% of the time in Södertälje, working directly with key stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvements and align development efforts across multiple brands and departments

What you bring:

• Engineering degree or equivalent background
• 2–6 years of relevant work experience
• Proven skills in mechanical engineering, particularly product and machine design
• Experience in project coordination or assignment management roles
• Strong communication skills in English; Swedish is considered a plus
• Experience in drivetrain development and mechanical design is meritorious
• Familiarity with the customer’s internal processes is an advantage
• Structured, proactive mindset with a drive for improvement and collaboration
