We are currently seeking a highly motivated ASIC/FPGA Designer to join our dynamic team and help develop the MINI-LINK modem and radio products, the world’s most popular microwave solution!
What You’ll Do:

Our teams develop high-performance telecom products that power the fast-evolving world of smartphones and IoT.
As an ASIC/FPGA Designer, you will play a crucial role in the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
* Develop ASICs and FPGAs for next-generation telecom products
* Collaborate closely with teams in Gothenburg and international locations
* Integrate ASICs/FPGAs with in-house developed PCBs, software, and mechanical components
Troubleshoot and verify designs using simulation tools and state-of-the-art labs
Skills you Bring;
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
* Experience in ASIC/FPGA design using Verilog, SystemVerilog, or VHDL
* Ability to troubleshoot, optimize performance, and innovate in high-performance telecom applications
* Focused individual who drives innovation and delivers high-quality results
* A true team player who works well in cross-functional and international teams, with strong communication skills
* Comfortable in fast-paced environments, eager to learn new technologies and continually improve
Experience is valuable, but passion and willingness to learn matter most. Whether you're starting out or highly experienced, you'll have opportunities to grow and contribute
Preferable Competences
* Embedded SW (e.g., C/C++) and scripting skillZ
* Verification using UVM
Understanding of communication protocols, including Ethernet, AXI, and PCIe, for system integration
