Assignment Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to join a dynamic and collaborative software development team. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of software development experience and be motivated to take on team leadership responsibilities.

You will work through the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, delivery, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications

• Lead or mentor other developers within the team

• Participate in all phases of the development process, from concept to deployment

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to meet project goals

• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers
• 
  
• Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and code reviews

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in software development
• 
  
• Proven experience with Java, C#, C++, React, Angular, and Gradle
• 
  
• Strong understanding of modern software architecture and agile development
• 
  
• Ability and willingness to take on a team lead role

• Excellent communication skills

• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
