What You’ll Bring to the Team

• Expertise in IRM (Integrated Risk Management), BCM (Business Continuity Management), and TPRM (Third-Party Risk Management)
• Proven experience in ServiceNow development with a minimum of 5 years (excluding admin/support roles)
• CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification is mandatory
• Ability to make sound design decisions, balancing risks and technical trade-offs
• Experience mentoring and guiding other developers
• Strong commitment to best practices, testing, and process improvements.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications focused on risk and compliance management
• Collaborate closely with on-site teams in Oslo to deliver secure, scalable solutions
• Maintain a deep understanding of the application and industry tools to work efficiently
• Support and guide junior team members
• Ensure tests and documentation are kept current.

What We are Looking For

• Must relocate to Norway and available to work on-site in Oslo
• Minimum 5 years of relevant ServiceNow development experience
• Mandatory CSA certification
• Candidates will undergo a screening interview with Sperton Norway AS followed by two interview rounds with the client
