We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Head Chef who wants to be part of developing our restaurant operations in Funäsfjällen. This position includes shared responsibility for both daily operations and long-term development of our restaurants, in collaboration with our current Food & Beverage Manager.

Our operations include two restaurants during the summer season staffed by five chefs, and three restaurants during the winter season with a total kitchen team of seven. The main restaurant is our hotel restaurant, Fjällrestaurangen, complemented by two restaurants located directly within the ski area.

We offer a varied menu ranging from simpler dishes at our slope-side restaurants to full dinner service with locally inspired, high-quality cuisine at Fjällrestaurangen. Our goal is always to deliver thoughtful, well-crafted food that our guests appreciate.

We are looking for someone who: Has experience working in the dining room, ideally with some of those years in a head waiter or similar leadership role. This position suits someone who puts the guest experience first and has a genuine passion for hospitality, cooking, leadership, and development. Perhaps you're also drawn to the idea of living and working close to the mountains, with access to skiing, hiking, cycling, and outdoor adventures year-round. Funäsfjällen is a fantastic place to live, offering good access to preschools, schools, and recreational activities.
