Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Data Integrity Program Lead to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead the implementation of the revised Data Integrity process across all functions at the Uppsala site, including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering
- Collaborate with Data Integrity Champions to ensure all computer system inventories, High-Level Risk Assessments, and Data Integrity analyses are up to date
- Work closely with Business Process Owners, System Functional and Technical Owners, and the Site QA Compliance Lead to identify gaps and establish a prioritized remediation plan for each domain
- Drive the execution of remediation plans to successful completion across all domains
- Ensure consistent communication, coordination, and alignment among cross-functional stakeholders to maintain progress and transparency
- Promote a strong data integrity culture by establishing credibility, delivering results, and engaging with teams in a highly matrixed environment
What you bring:
- Over 15 years of experience in cGMP-regulated industries with deep expertise in Data Integrity and computer system validation
- Proven strategic leadership with a consistent record of executing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives
- Demonstrated success in leading high-performing teams and influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including executive-level presence and the ability to convey messages clearly and persuasively
- Strong organizational, planning, and program management capabilities, with an emphasis on translating requirements into actionable plans
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving complex issues
- Independent judgment and experience managing multifaceted programs across diverse physical and corporate environments
- Ability to build relationships, foster collaboration, and drive alignment in a multi-stakeholder setting with competing priorities
