Assignment Description:

We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer for a long-term assignment with our client in Helsinki. You will join a team that is designing and implementing several future-oriented business solutions, such as Verification of Payee and Request to Pay. The goal is to build user interfaces that are logical, efficient, and easy to use – both for internal and external users.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing user interfaces according to the client’s design guidelines and component libraries
• Creating reusable UI layouts to support scalable, modular solutions
• Using Figma and applying best practices in UX design
• Conducting user research to identify needs, pain points, and behavioral patterns
• Designing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
• Ensuring accessibility and inclusive design principles
• Contributing to design documentation and presenting design rationales to the team
• Working in an agile development environment

Required experience and skills:

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer
• Proficiency in Figma and modern UX design principles
• Experience with user-centered design processes
• Ability to clearly communicate design choices
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and in agile teams
• Strong focus on usability, accessibility, and clean design

Other details:

• This assignment requires physical presence in the Helsinki office 3 days per week
