We’ll give you all the training, cutting-edge technologies, and the continuing support you’ll need to succeed.       What you will do in this role       In everything we do, we believe in doing right by and for people – our clients, their customers, our people, our community, and our planet.       As a Supervisor on our team, you will:       - Supervise daily operations of a UK Market call center team, including attendance and performance monitoring.  - Regularly coach team members to meet performance metrics.  - Address performance issues with improvement plans or disciplinary actions, including termination if necessary.  - Ensure customer service meets contractual KPIs and financial targets.  - Clearly communicate expectations and provide timely updates to staff.  - Handle escalated customer calls as a subject matter expert.  - Conduct team meetings and organize team activities for communication and engagement.  - Stay updated on company processes, policies, and attend manager training.       Your qualifications       We embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn.
