In this role, you'll drive the overall marketing strategy, leading brand growth and visibility across key markets. You will oversee marketing activities, manage a skilled team, and collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure impactful results.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a dedicated marketing team.
  

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  

• Manage marketing budgets effectively and deliver detailed reports to senior management.
  

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as CRM, Analytics, and Media Buying teams.
  

• Analyze performance metrics to continuously optimize marketing strategies.
  

• Occasionally travel to relevant markets and industry events.
  

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of senior-level marketing experience, preferably within digital marketing or iGaming.
  

• Proven leadership skills and experience managing marketing teams.
  

• Strong analytical capabilities and familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics.
  

• Excellent communication and project management skills.
  

• Ability to perform effectively within tight deadlines.
