Your Impact As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll take the lead in closing smaller commercial deals, turning warm leads into real revenue. You’ll own the full sales cycle: from qualification and demos to negotiation and closing. Your job? Make the process smooth, personal, and effective for every prospect you speak to. This is a hands-on role where structure meets autonomy. You’ll follow proven playbooks, sharpen your sales skills daily, and help drive real impact across efficy’s CRM and MarTech solutions. Whether you're growing into your next sales role or already confident running deals end-to-end, this is where you level up. What you’ll be doing·
  • Own the full sales cycle: qualify, demo, propose, negotiate, and close
  • Follow up on leads from our SDR and BDR teams
  • Deliver a standout experience for prospects throughout the process
  • Keep CRM data accurate and up to date
  • Collaborate closely with SDRs and BDRs to ensure smooth handovers
  • Apply sales workflows and playbooks to maximize conversions
  • Hit individual quotas and contribute to team success
  • Join regular coaching, onboarding, and skill-building sessions
Who you are We're not looking for perfect — just someone ready to take the next step. You might be a fit if you:
  • Are motivated to grow your career in B2B SaaS sales
  • Have strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Enjoy owning the process and seeing deals through to the finish
  • Stay proactive, detail-oriented, and focused on customer value
  • Are comfortable with CRM tools and sales tech (we’ll train you up)
  • Speak Dutch, French, Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian fluently (plus English)
  • Are ready to relocate to Utrecht — and yes, we’ll help you get here
