About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Test Automation Engineer to strengthen our quality assurance efforts across backend systems. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining robust automated test frameworks that support fast, reliable, and high-quality software delivery.

You are someone who views testing as a critical part of the development process and takes pride in preventing issues before they reach production. You'll work in a collaborative, agile environment where continuous improvement, ownership, and innovation are encouraged. If you're driven by quality and enjoy working across the full development lifecycle, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain backend test automation frameworks
• Drive testing strategies for APIs, databases, and integration points
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and operational teams
• Contribute to continuous integration and delivery pipelines
• Support quality initiatives across the entire development lifecycle

Core Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with backend test automation
• Proficient in:
• Core Java, REST API testing, SQL, JDBC, TestNG
• Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JSON, Message Queues
• Solid understanding of Agile and Continuous Delivery practices
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Passionate about quality, clean code, and automation best practices
