Communication is informal, and your colleagues are always just a short call away. Your Impact As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be the spark that gets new conversations started. Focused on outbound outreach, you’ll connect with potential customers across Europe, generate interest, and book qualified meetings that drive pipeline and growth. Your work will directly shape how efficy expands across key markets.   • Prospect via email, phone, and social to generate outbound leads
  • Qualify prospects and book high-quality meetings for AEs
  • Execute structured outreach cadences using sales engagement tools
  • Keep CRM records up to date with accurate, high-quality data
  • Research target accounts to personalize outreach
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to refine ICPs and messaging
  • Meet (and beat) weekly/monthly activity goals
  • Join regular training and coaching to keep getting better
