Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Production Planner to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on

• Support and optimize master planning and production planning processes for manufacturing clients
• Collaborate closely with customer teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective planning solutions
• Analyze existing planning workflows and identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency
• Design and implement sustainable planning processes tailored to operational and strategic goals
• Work within enterprise business systems to align planning processes with system capabilities, particularly within IFS
• Engage in regular dialogue with stakeholders to ensure transparency, alignment, and continuous process improvement

What you bring

• Extensive experience in master planning and production planning, preferably in the manufacturing sector
• Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, supply chains, and operational dynamics
• Proficiency in enterprise business systems, with preference for prior experience with IFS
• Ability to analyze and refine planning processes for operational excellence
• Excellent communication skills, with experience in customer-facing and cross-functional roles
• A proactive, structured, and solution-focused approach to driving continuous improvement
• Fluent in English and Swedish.
