We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Operational Manager within the food and beverage industry to oversee the operations of Pizzabakeren franchises located in the Stokcholm region. As a key leader in our team, you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, drive overall performance, and enhance sales while fostering a positive and supportive work environment for our staff. Your role is crucial in maintaining high customer satisfaction and ensuring an excellent dining experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations : Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple Pizzabakeren franchises, ensuring efficiency and high standards.
• Performance Monitoring : Assess overall performance metrics, including sales, employee productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Sales Enhancement : Develop and implement strategies to boost sales, improve profit margins, and optimize resource use.
• Team Leadership : Create a positive, motivating, and enjoyable work environment for the staff. Lead by example and support their professional growth.
• Customer Experience : Ensure that customer service and experience meet and exceed expectations, addressing any feedback or issues promptly.
• Compliance : Ensure that all operations comply with local health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.

Key Qualifications:

• Strong leadership skills : Ability to inspire and lead teams, manage performance, and foster a collaborative working environment.
• Business acumen : Strong understanding of the business side of food and beverage management, including budgeting, sales, and cost control.
• Customer-focused mindset : A dedication to delivering outstanding customer service and improving customer satisfaction.
• Driver's license : As travel between locations is required.
