Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Electronic Design Engineer/ Test with SW Competence to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on

• Design and develop electronic systems and components, including both analogue and digital circuits
• Create schematics, perform simulations, and support PCB layout activities
• Develop and implement low-level software solutions for embedded systems
• Conduct testing, validation, and troubleshooting of electronics and software to ensure product quality and performance
• Collaborate with customers to explain electronic design concepts and propose suitable technical solutions
• Work with licensed products incorporating touch functionality based on infrared (IR) technology
• Stay informed on emerging trends and advancements in electronic design and touch technologies
• Participate in cross-functional teamwork to deliver complete and reliable hardware-software solutions

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics Engineering or a related field
• Solid experience in analogue and digital electronics design, including schematics and PCB layout
• Proficiency in low-level software development for embedded systems
• Strong skills in C programming and experience with ARM-based microcontrollers
• Proficiency in using Altium Designer for electronic design
• Hands-on experience with test and debug tools such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers
• Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and verbal
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Effective collaboration and teamwork skills in multidisciplinary environments
• Familiarity with IR technology (LED, laser/VCSEL) is a plus
• Experience in testing and validation of embedded systems
• Knowledge of Python and C# is considered an advantage
