Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Electronics Lab Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on

• Design and verify digital hardware circuits to support telecom product development
• Perform testing and debugging using lab equipment such as signal source analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and oscilloscopes
• Create and maintain technical documentation throughout the product development lifecycle
• Collaborate closely with software, integration, verification, and tools teams to ensure cohesive system-level development
• Engage with external chipset suppliers to align technological progress with customer needs and product goals
• Contribute to continuous improvement in design quality, workflow efficiency, and technical excellence

What you bring

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent field
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in digital hardware design and verification
• Proficiency in using lab equipment including signal source analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and oscilloscopes
• Solid experience with schematic capture and PCB layout tools, preferably Cadence Allegro
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams with minimal supervision
• Strong initiative and independence in solving technical challenges
• A structured, quality-focused mindset with the ability to think strategically and drive improvements

Good to have

• Knowledge in signal and power integrity simulations, as well as EMC theory
• Experience in product development and understanding of product lifecycle management
• A proactive and collaborative attitude with a passion for continuous learning and knowledge sharing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence in supplier and stakeholder interactions
