Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Purchase materials in line with technical specifications, price targets, delivery timelines, and contract terms
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with corporate policies and established procedures
- Monitor delivery schedules and take proactive measures to avoid production delays
- Collaborate closely with Strategic Purchasing, Work Preparation, Production, Warehouse, and Planning teams
- Manage invoice processing and handle related queries
- Oversee order rescheduling and forecasting based on project needs
- Report and follow up on on-time delivery performance metrics
- Respond to and act upon technical drawing and specification changes
- Contribute to cost-effective, timely, and quality-focused supply chain performance
What you bring:
- Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent)
- Strong communication skills in both English and Swedish
- Proactive, responsible, and quality-driven mindset with a focus on delivery and cost
- Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office tools is an advantage
- Previous experience in logistics and/or manufacturing environments is considered a merit
