Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Act as a key partner to the business unit, offering strategic guidance and hands-on support in all HR-related matters
- Work closely with the factory leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that support business goals
- Oversee the complete HR process within the unit, coordinating with central functions such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Employer Branding
- Step in to address local HR needs when central support is not immediately accessible
- Coach and support managers in performance management, employee relations, and team development
- Conduct periodic HR audits to ensure legal compliance and adherence to company policies
- Support and drive organizational change efforts including restructuring, succession planning, and talent initiatives
- Collaborate with HR peers and serve as a bridge to other business units to ensure consistency and share best practices
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Solid experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and core processes including performance management, employee development, and relations
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams and central HR functions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels
- Fluency in both English and Swedish, written and spoken
- Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making approach
- The role requires travel to Figeholm approximately 3 days every 3–6 weeks.
