🌿 We’re looking for our next hair stylist – with a love for curls, texture, and natural beauty

Do you truly enjoy working with curly, wavy, and textured hair? Do you want to give each client an experience that feels more like a hair spa than a quick treatment? Then we would love to meet you.

We are a specialized salon fully focused on curly and textured hair. Our treatments are carefully designed and take between 1–3 hours, where consultation, care, and knowledge are just as important as the styling or treatment itself. All our products are natural, handmade, and developed by us – to give hair exactly what it needs.

Our long-standing client relationships and mutual trust are a vital part of our business. That’s why we begin with a transitional period where we work together to build trust with some of our existing clients. During this time, we offer a part-time (25-50%) trial position based on your experience and scheduled clients. We evaluate continuously and adjust your schedule as you develop and our confidence in you grows – with the goal that you’ll eventually take full-time (100%) responsibility for your own client base and contribute to the level of quality and care we strive to offer every guest.

Our long-term goal is for you to become a key member of our team and help us evolve our concept together.

🪴 How We Start – and Grow Together

To us, a client relationship is more than just a booking – it’s a trust that deserves care and continuity. That’s why you as our new stylist begins with a thoughtfully designed onboarding process, giving you time to get to know our clients, our concept, and our working style in a way that builds confidence – for both you and them.

This onboarding is adapted to your experience and starts as a part-time position that gradually grows as you build your own client relationships. We see this phase as an investment – in you, in the client experience, and in the long-term strength of our business.

Your journey into the team follows three stages:

🔹 Phase 1 – Listen, observe, settle in:

You’ll work closely with our senior stylist and be introduced to our philosophy, methods, and products. This is a time to take in the flow of the salon and the culture – especially important when stepping into already established client relationships.

🔹 Phase 2 – Building together:

You’ll begin to work with selected clients, always with support and reflection together. The aim is to ensure a smooth and respectful handover, allowing the client’s trust to grow naturally with you.

🔹 Phase 3 – Make your mark:

Now you’ll start working more independently, with the opportunity to expand your schedule and build your own client base. You become a natural part of the salon, continuing to develop meaningful relationships with both clients and colleagues.

We’re especially looking for someone who values the personal connection, thrives in deeper client relationships, and wants to become a key part of a salon that puts quality, care, and natural beauty first.

You are self-driven and eager to grow – both in your professional skills and as a vital member of a growing team. You’re motivated to help shape the most thoughtful and results-oriented service for curly hair on the market.

We believe you:

• Have experience with or a deep interest in curly, wavy, and textured hair
• Are comfortable working independently and taking initiative
• Want to be part of something long-term from an early stage
• Thrive in a relaxed, caring, and professional environment
• Appreciate longer treatments with presence and focus on the client experience
• Are curious, communicative, and attentive
• See collaboration and knowledge-sharing as a natural part of the job

Preferred but not required:

• Certification or education in hairstyling
• Experience cutting hair
• Experience braiding textured hair
