Job Description
As a Daily Prodcution Leader (Sous chef) you secure and contribute to a positive and excellent food experience by preparing high quality food. The role is equivalent to a Sous chef with the responsibility of securing the daily operations in the kitchen in our restaurants. This means preparing our food offer according to set routines and ways of working with high quality. You are also expected to be a strong contributor in the development of existing routines and ways of working as well as setting new ones. You coach your colleagues in accordance and ensure all co-workers are up to date on ways of working, rules and regulations within food.

Qualifications
We expect you to have extensive experience and knowledge from the restaurant industry where you have had the responsibility for daily operations. You are used to taking responsibility for what needs to be done and are also able to coach and lead your colleagues in taking their responsibility for their tasks and ensuring an excellent food experience for our guests.

We now offer 1 full time, permanent positions located at Älmhult, Sweden that will be part of our Food Production team.
The working hours will be in shift role- schedules, early mornings, daytime, evenings and weekends.
You need to hold a Swedish work permit.
