Assignment Overview

A short-term opportunity is available for an experienced Power BI Developer to lead the foundation of a modern analytics solution based on Microsoft Fabric. The role focuses on replacing legacy infrastructure and enabling data-driven decision-making and access to AI tools.

Key Objectives

• Establish an initial development environment within Microsoft Fabric
• 
  
• Integrate data from multiple sources into a shared workspace
• 
  
• Build two MVP Power BI reports focusing on workforce planning and cost tracking
• 
  
• Develop and deliver a demo presentation showcasing platform capabilities

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and create a semantic model in Power BI
• 
  
• Develop and validate reports based on stakeholder needs
• 
  
• Deliver training and documentation to support handover of the environment
• 
  
• Prepare and present findings to stakeholders across multiple affiliated organizations

Required Qualifications

• Proven senior-level experience with Power BI, including data modeling and integration
• 
  
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
• 
  
• Independent and pedagogical approach with a strong understanding of business operations
• 
  
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric is highly desirable

Language Requirement: Swedish (Proficient)
