Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Automotive Integration & Process Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Coordinate the update process of vehicles received from an international partner
• Establish and document efficient workflows and working processes
• Identify and resolve technical deviations in collaboration with teams in Sweden and the United States
• Order required components and ensure timely availability for ongoing work
• Organize knowledge-sharing activities to increase internal understanding of the product
• Consolidate and document all testing requirements in Test Activities (TA) documentation
• Develop and maintain a tracking system to monitor the status of all vehicles
• Support cross-functional teams with improved coordination and alignment
• Manage urgent issues in the workshop and ensure smooth resolution processes
• Work on-site in Södertälje with flexibility for remote collaboration, especially to accommodate time zone differences with US-based teams

What you bring:

• Strong technical understanding and ability to grasp complex vehicle systems
• Proven experience in coordinating cross-functional projects or processes
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with international teams
• Ability to manage and prioritize urgent matters with a structured approach
• Experience working in or coordinating with automotive workshops is a plus
• Comfortable working on-site with flexibility for hybrid schedules
• Willingness to adapt to flexible working hours, including late meetings with the US
