Assignment Description
The assignment involves the ongoing maintenance and support of a previously developed solution known as Multiknappen.
The goal is to ensure the system remains operational through the end of the year, including responding to any issues and performing necessary adjustments or updates.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all third-party systems required for the operation of Multiknappen remain active, including maintaining subscriptions and services.
- Prioritize and resolve any issues that arise during business hours.
- Maintain regular dialogue with internal stakeholders to propose and implement improvements or updates needed to keep the system current and functioning effectively.
Scope
- Work is conducted during business hours.
- Estimated workload is approximately 10% of full-time.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience ensuring uptime and stability of third-party integrated systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues during office hours.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
