Assignment Overview
A project manager is needed to coordinate the update and integration of vehicles sourced from an international partner. You will set up and drive a structured process for vehicle updates, manage deviations with teams in Sweden and the United States, and ensure all test activities are planned, documented, and tracked.
Key Responsibilities
AreaTypical TasksProcess Creation & Coordination• Establish a repeatable workflow for updating existing and incoming vehicles.
• Maintain a system for tracking status and documentation of every vehicle.Issue Resolution• Identify deviations or quality concerns and drive joint solutions with cross-functional teams in Sweden and the US.
• Provide day-to-day support for urgent workshop matters in Södertälje.Logistics & Parts• Order and track parts required for updates or corrective actions.Knowledge Sharing• Organize activities that spread product knowledge across engineering, workshop, and support teams.Test Administration• Gather test needs, document them in test applications (TA), and follow up on progress.Cross-Team Facilitation• Assist groups that need better coordination; remove roadblocks and streamline communication.
