Aldo’s Pizza och Italienska Delikatesser AB is a restaurant in Simrishamn offering authentic Italian dishes, pizzas, and delicacies. We are passionate about high quality, genuine flavors, and creating a great dining experience for our guests.

About the position:

We are looking for a chef specializing in Italian cuisine and pizza-making. You will work in the kitchen preparing, cooking, and plating dishes according to our recipes and high standards.

Main tasks:

• Prepare and cook Italian dishes and pizzas
• Handle ingredients and maintain excellent food hygiene standards.
• Contribute to the development of menus and new dishes.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate well with the team.
• Assist with administrative work in the company.

Requirements:

• At least 2-4 years of documented experience in Italian cooking and pizza-making.
• Strong knowledge of Italian ingredients and traditional cooking methods
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility
• Multilingual skills are an advantage.
