Assignment Description:

We are seeking a Technical Product Owner to lead and manage product development within the packaging material domain. The role involves overseeing both centrally driven and market-local project execution. You will ensure efficient project delivery aligned with long-term planning, business needs, and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project execution with responsibility for resource planning, delivery targets, and timelines
• 
  
• Act as the main point of contact for requirements and change management
• 
  
• Own the product backlog and define sprint goals in close coordination with stakeholders
• 
  
• Lead a team working on both global product development and local project coordination
• 
  
• Prepare and present updates in governance forums (e.g., PGC/PGB)
• 
  
• Support execution of local projects during periods of reduced central development activity

Profile Requirements:

• 3–5 years of proven experience in project management
• 
  
• Strong experience working in B2B environments, preferably in global operations
• 
  
• Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog grooming
• 
  
• Experience coordinating product development teams across diverse markets
• 
  
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and meet business goals
• 
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Meriting:

• Background in engineering or industrial product development

• Familiarity with packaging material or manufacturing industries

• Experience in similar roles within large international organizations
