Role: Test Engineer

Assignment Overview

An experienced Verification/Test Engineer is sought to conduct testing and verification activities for control systems used in large synchronous motors and generators. The focus is on PLC-based systems, where you will be responsible for verifying programs within control cabinets, collaborating closely with designers and test room personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform testing and verification of systems, subsystems, or products according to specifications and safety standards
• 
  
• Execute test procedures on schedule and document test results
• 
  
• Provide technical support for test object installation in test environments
• 
  
• Verify PLC programs used in control cabinets (based on AC500 systems)
• 
  
• Prepare and manage technical test documentation in line with project requirements

Requirements

• Experience in PLC programming and verification techniques
• 
  
• Familiarity with industrial control systems, especially AC500 PLCs
• 
  
• A few years of professional experience in relevant testing or automation roles
• 
  
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams in an industrial environment
• 
  
• Strong documentation skills
• 
  
• Proficiency in Swedish and English
