Assignment Overview

An experienced Product Owner / Project Manager is sought to lead the development and execution of packaging material projects. This hybrid role requires strong coordination skills across central and local markets, with a focus on delivering business-aligned product development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project execution, including long-term planning, resource allocation, and delivery aligned with business goals.
• 
  
• Act as Product Owner for packaging material development, overseeing the team’s project backlog and defining sprint targets.
• 
  
• Serve as the interface for requests and changes, collaborating closely with key stakeholders.
• 
  
• Lead a team responsible for coordinating local execution in global markets and delivering centrally driven development projects.
• 
  
• Prepare and present updates to internal governance forums (e.g., PGC/PGB).
• 
  
• Support coordination of local projects when capacity allows.

Candidate Profile

• 3–5 years of experience in project or product management
• 
  
• Strong customer focus and business acumen
• 
  
• Experience with global B2B operations
• 
  
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects
• 
  
• Background in engineering within industrial environments
• 
  
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• 
  
• Prior experience in packaging material development is a plus
• 
  
• Familiarity with governance forum presentations and decision processes
