Assignment Overview

A senior Technology Development Lead is sought for an onsite role in Kumla. The consultant will take on responsibilities within a development-focused team, contributing technical expertise and leadership to drive innovation and improvement across technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support technology development efforts within the assigned team or domain.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define and execute development goals.
• 
  
• Ensure development tasks are carried out efficiently and aligned with project objectives.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to other developers when needed.
• 
  
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices and tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technology development roles, preferably in a leadership capacity.

• Strong technical problem-solving skills and hands-on development background.
• 
  
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• 
  
• Proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written) is required.
