Assignment Overview

A senior-level Process Designer is sought to lead and support value creation through change journeys in relevant markets or retailer contexts. The consultant will collaborate closely with local teams to facilitate their individual transformation journeys.

Scope of Work

The Process Designer will:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to draft and document Level 4–5 (L4–L5) processes.
• 
  
• Ensure all documented processes align with agreed standards and governance frameworks.
• 
  
• Accurately capture and document processes to support business users and coworkers.
• 
  
• Ensure interdependencies with other connected processes (L3–L5) are acknowledged and that all process handovers are clearly defined and documented.
• 
  
• Partner with Process and Product Leaders to ensure consistent, optimized process design.
• 
  
• Monitor the development of business processes within digital product areas.
