As one of five Regional Service Managers at Jungheinrich Svenska AB, you are responsible for service technicians, customers and agreements within service/aftermarket in Region West.
As Regional Service Manager, you have overall responsibility for approximately 20 service technicians in the region. We place great value on satisfied employees, if we have satisfied employees, we ensure that our customers are well taken care of.
Resource planning is handled by our central planning, your role is with focus on leadership and our customers. Ongoing management of all kinds of service issues is part of the assignment, as well as operational meetings with customers. There is a deputy in your team who support a variety of tasks.
As Regional Service Manager, you also work closely with our regional sales representatives to optimize our collaboration with customers in the region. The role also includes some sales/upselling of the aftermarket portfolio that includes service agreements, major repairs, spare parts and accessories.
An important part of the work is to constantly develop the region from the perspectives of customer, team, collaboration, process and quality. To help you, you have a large base of statistics and key figures as well as a very competent After Sales Administration organization and an After Sales Controller. You will perform analysis, drive change and create results. This is done in close cooperation with the other Regional Service Managers.
The role involves a lot of customer contact and meetings with the organization, which means that you have 15-20 overnight stays per year.
Your permanent workplace is at our branch office in Sävedalen, east of Göteborg. You report directly to the After Sales Director, located in Malmö.
