Your New Role
As a Sales Incentive Control Analyst, you’ll be part of the Sales Incentive Control team within the Business Control department. Our mission is to ensure all commercial terms—contracted and non-contracted—are validated accurately and on time, based on customer performance. You will support internal sales and business divisions, provide process guidance to external customers, and help drive continuous improvements in how we work.
This role combines financial control, communication, data analysis, and process development – ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple stakeholders and functions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage sales deduction validation and reconciliation for your assigned customer accounts.
- Act as a cost-controlling gatekeeper by ensuring accurate and timely validation of commercial terms and campaign claims.
- Communicate validation results with customers and ensure smooth reconciliation processes.
- Guide the sales organization on contract terms, deal creation policies, and recommend practical solutions.
- Support audit risk control initiatives.
- Conduct data analysis and produce ad-hoc reports as needed.
- Contribute to improvement projects focused on digitalization, automation, and process optimization.
