We’re excited to announce that Sandra, Steve, Robin, Frida, David and Jimmy are looking for their next teammate to join Team Contact in our Engage Product Development Organization! The Contact team owns one of the most central parts of the platform and some of the most used and business-critical services in Voyado Engage.

Team Contact builds and maintains the core functionality around contact data in the Engage platform. They handle GDPR compliance tools, registration flows, and data quality features that impact millions of users. Their work supports personalization, segmentation, and smooth onboarding of new customers. The team manages bulk imports, edits, and performance-critical APIs for contact data. Right now, they’re laying a new technical foundation to scale for larger, enterprise-level clients and as part of this, they’re moving towards an event-based architecture to better support decoupling, scalability, and real-time processing needs.

About the role and day-to-day

As the next Software Developer in Team Contact, you’ll have the opportunity to learn and grow while contributing to the full development lifecycle. You’ll be supported by experienced teammates as you build solutions that improve our users’ experience and help them make data-driven decisions. Your work directly shapes how Voyado clients - and their millions of end customers - interact with and manage personal data across all touchpoints.

Some things you'll be up to:

• Writing and improving code that enhances our platform’s targeting features, helping users optimize campaign performance and gain valuable customer insights.
• Collaborating with experienced developers to build new features, improve existing functionality, and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Learning and growing by working on exciting projects, including a major initiative to scale our application for larger clients.
• Working closely with the team to gain hands-on experience in software development best practices, problem-solving, and delivering quality solutions.

So, who are you?

We’re looking for a curious and hands-on problem solver who thrives in collaboration and brings positive energy to the team. You’ve got some (1-3 years) experience with tech like C#, SQL, and Azure and a strong drive to grow. You value quality, take ownership of your work, and aren’t afraid to ask questions or share what you know. A persistent mindset and fearless attitude help you tackle challenges with confidence. If you’re reflective, responsible, and eager to make an impact - we’d love to meet you.

We see that you have some experience of the following:

• Programming languages: • NET (bonus!), Java, or any object-oriented language
  • Backend-heavy development with SQL and database experience
  • Experience or interest in event-based systems and full-stack development is a big plus
  • Curiosity about performance tuning and data modeling will come in handy
