Responsibilities

  • Support the budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closing processes for central support functions.
  • Monitor HR-related costs, including personnel expenses, headcount development, and FTE tracking
  • Prepare and analyze Sales Reports with a focus on Global Key Account Management (GKAM)
  • Perform Percentage of Completion (POC) calculations in line with IFRS for consolidated international projects
  • Assist in variance analysis and performance tracking against budget and forecasts
  • Collaborate with other finance teams and business units to ensure consistency and quality of financial information
  • Support continuous improvement of internal processes and reporting tools

What you need to be successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 0–18 months of experience in a finance or accounting role (internships included).
  • Solid understanding of basic financial and accounting principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop within a finance function.
