Who are you?

We are looking for a System Design Engineer to the Cab Climate section, within Thermal Management technology stream. You will drive system development for mainly Cab Climate, with focus on the electrical and electronics domain. You will lead exploration of alternative solutions through feasibility studies, proof of concept and concept investigations. Your work and responsibility will start from concept development phase and last throughout the product life cycle.

As a person, you can take own initiatives and drive them forward with a business and customer mindset. You have excellent communication skills and you are good at networking with people. You also have a positive attitude and adapt to changing conditions. You are well organized and value documentation.

Relevant Experience:

To be successful in this role, we believe you have the following experience/background:

• M. Sc in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic engineering or similar technical field of study or equivalent work experience

• Experience from Agile development

• Experience from Automotive industry

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written

• Thermal Management and Cab Climate system development is a great merit

What’s in it for you?

As a System Design Engineer in Cab Climate, Thermal Management, you will work closely with the complete Thermal Management department and many other cross functional teams to lead and coordinate the cab climate concepts and electrical and electronic systems solution. You will work on multiple vehicle product classes and different drive lines. You will have a vital role for securing the Cab Climate concepts in the complete vehicle.
