We’re looking for a Quality Process Engineer to join our Global Quality & Product Care team at our Techcenter in Trosa, Sweden.

What you’ll do

As our Quality Process Engineer, you will:

• Standardize and harmonize production and operational processes across our international sites, ensuring consistent, efficient, and high-quality outcomes.
• Analyze, design, document, and optimize end-to-end processes to align with global best practices.
• Conduct process capability studies, root cause analyses, and gap assessments to drive improvements and compliance.
• Develop and roll out global Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and visual work instructions.
• Collaborate closely with quality teams to identify process gaps, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and support internal and external audits.
• Contribute to Lean manufacturing projects to reduce waste, enhance productivity, and improve product quality.
• Use data and KPIs to measure progress and share best practices across teams.

What you bring

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related).
• 2+ years of experience in process or manufacturing engineering.
• Solid knowledge of quality tools and methods (FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plans, DOE).
• Experience with process simulation tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to drive projects independently.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively across cultures and functions.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
