Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute B2B direct sales strategies to drive lead generation, thought leadership, and brand awareness.
- Identify and target potential clients within the industrial manufacturing sector for sponsorship packages.
- Create and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, industry influencers, and thought leaders.
- Actively participate in in-person events, conferences, and industry trade shows to promote our brand and generate leads.
- Utilize digital content creation, including webinars and virtual events, to engage with prospects and build relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
- Track and report on sales activities, including pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B direct sales, preferably within the sponsorship packages domain.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing market dynamics.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a persuasive and confident approach.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
