Your Impact

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be the first voice leads hear and the spark that starts it all.

You’ll qualify marketing-generated leads, set up high-impact meetings, and drive real momentum for our sales teams across Europe.

You won’t be on your own: our structured onboarding, hands-on coaching, and proven playbooks will get you up to speed fast. Whether you’re just starting out or bringing early sales experience, we’ve built the launchpad, all you need is the drive.

What you will be doing

• Qualify inbound leads using set criteria
• Run discovery calls to understand needs and intent
• Book high-quality meetings with Inside Sales & AEs
• Keep CRM records clean, accurate, and up to date
• Collaborate with Marketing to improve lead quality
• Apply qualification frameworks like BANT or CHAMP
• Follow structured workflows to stay efficient and focused
• Hit (and beat) targets for speed-to-contact and conversion
• Take part in coaching, onboarding, and skill-building sessions

Who you are

• Stay organized and care about getting the details right
• Are comfortable with tools like CRMs (don’t worry, we train)
• Speak Swedish, Dutch, French, Danish, or Norwegian fluently (plus English)
• Are open to relocating to Utrecht (we’ll support your move)
