About the role:

🚀 We're Hiring: Senior Workstation Support Engineer (Remote – Europe/Sweden)

We're looking for an experienced Workstation Support Engineer to join one of our clients on a high-impact assignment starting this August. You'll play a key role in streamlining onboarding/offboarding processes and supporting core workplace tools like Google Workspace, JIRA, Confluence, and Slack.

💼 Role: Senior Workstation Support Engineer (Consultant)

🌍 Location: Remote (within Europe or Sweden)

🗓️ Start Date: 1st August 2025

📩 Apply By: 9th July – Interviews start 11th July

🔧 What You'll Do:

• Handle onboarding/offboarding of users in JIRA, Confluence, Slack & Google Workspace
• Support and troubleshoot user issues via JIRA ServiceDesk
• Automate routine processes to boost efficiency
• Collaborate with IT & cross-functional teams to ensure smooth tool usage
• Document support workflows and train end-users

✅ What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in IT/workstation support roles
• Hands-on with Google Workspace, JIRA, Confluence, and Slack
• Strong troubleshooting skills + a mindset for automation
• Great communication skills & ability to work independently
• Experience supporting distributed teams
