As a Sales Representative, your mission is to connect with potential business clients, understand their needs, and promote innovative cybersecurity solutions that protect and empower their operations.
Your Role
- Engage with potential business customers primarily over the phone and email
- Identify customer needs and match them with suitable solutions
- Drive sales performance by achieving daily and monthly targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Keep CRM systems updated with accurate lead and opportunity information
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to support customer conversations
Your Qualifications
- Native or fluent Swedish (C2 level) with strong English (B2 or above)
- Strong interest in cybersecurity or tech solutions
- Previous experience in sales or customer support is a plus
- Good communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Tech-savvy, with confidence in using digital tools and CRMs
- Goal-oriented and motivated by results
- Able to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment
