About the Role

Are you passionate about writing excellent code and shaping the architecture behind it? At Cabonline, we’re transforming how people move, and we’re looking for a Lead Developer to be the technical cornerstone of that journey.

What You’ll Do

• Drive architecture and design decisions that align with long-term business goals
• Mentor and grow developers through code reviews, pairing, and technical leadership
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to build robust solutions
• Evaluate and select technologies that give us a competitive edge
• Promote a culture of quality in code, security, performance, and agile delivery
• Champion collaboration, sustainability, and technical excellence

Our Tech Stack

• We work across modern and battle-tested technologies, including:
• Backend: Java, • NET, C++
• Frontend: React, React Native, Swift, Kotlin, Java
• DevOps and Infrastructure: Docker, GitHub, Jenkins, AWS

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in hands-on software development and technical leadership
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies and cross-functional team dynamics
• A passion for mentoring, knowledge sharing, and raising the technical bar
• Proven ability to make architectural decisions in fast-moving environments
• A proactive mindset, always looking to align technology with business value
• Awareness of environmental impact, sustainability, and ethical coding practices
