What you will do

In the role you will support our Volvo CE end-customers and dealers, collaborating internally with other internal support teams (regional, global technical, product), development teams and key users as required to resolve cases and meet strategic objectives. This role interfaces directly with internal stakeholders, dealers, and end customers, ensuring and promoting customer satisfaction at every level. You will use our Customer Service Management (CSM) tool to manage & escalate all support cases.

At Digital Dealer and Customer Experience you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large. You will work in a dynamic team with diverse skills within the Digital & IT community focusing on Digital experience for customers.

In the role as Global Partner support specialist, you will

  • Provide support for digital products and services and to Volvo CE end customers through Volvo Connect and connected services directly.
  • Provide support for digital products and services and to the Volvo CE dealer network.
  • Analyze problem issues in order to develop innovative resolutions at dealer and customer level.
  • Document dealer and customer feedback within the proper channels.
  • Assist in onboarding customer and dealers into the Volvo Connect Ecosystem

Main Tasks/Responsibilities/Authorities:

  • Support the Volvo CE end customers, dealer network and internal key users with digital products and services, including account and user configuration, troubleshooting and onboarding users to our products and services.
  • You will serve as first line support, resolving cases quickly or escalating to the proper team when the need arises.
  • Contribute with insight to the strategy & roadmap
  • Contribute to process & organizational development in all processes
  • Assist the regions in onboarding customers and dealers into the Volvo Connect Ecosystem and provide ongoing support afterward
  • Other duties assigned as required.
