Skuteviken Personell We are looking for a structured and proactive Site Supervisor for one of our trusted clients in the concrete and formwork industry.
You will be responsible for leading work on-site and ensuring the project progresses according to plan, with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate daily work on the construction site
- Follow up on progress plans and ensure timely execution
- Order concrete, reinforcement steel, and other necessary materials
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations (HSE)
- Maintain checklists and documentation
- Participate in construction meetings and maintain good communication on site
Desired qualifications:
- Previous experience as a working foreman, site supervisor, or similar role within concrete/formwork
- Good understanding of construction processes and HSE procedures
- Driver's license (Category B)
- Must speak Scandinavian language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian) or English
