Assignment Overview

A skilled Process Designer is sought to support a change initiative that brings value through localized market or retailer transformation journeys. The consultant will guide and document business processes to support consistent and effective operations.

Scope of Services

The Process Designer will work closely with business stakeholders to develop and document L4–L5 process levels, ensuring alignment with established standards and governance models.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately document processes using the business process framework to support end users and business co-workers
• 
  
• Ensure dependencies and handovers across L3–L5 processes are identified, agreed upon, and clearly documented
• 
  
• Collaborate with Process and Product Leaders to design optimized and standardized processes
• 
  
• Monitor developments in the digital product area that impact business processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Deep understanding of process mapping methodologies
• 
  
• Proven experience in process design within a global business context
• 
  
• Excellent communication skills—able to translate conceptual discussions into structured documentation
• 
  
• Strong analytical skills to break down complex issues and create clear, understandable process flows
• 
  
• Ability to challenge assumptions and refine designs in collaboration with business stakeholders
• 
  
• Driven, structured, and able to foster common understanding among stakeholders
• 
  
• Fluent in Swedish and English
