Assignment Description

A position is open for an experienced Unit Controller in Falkenberg, focused on supporting manufacturing and distribution operations.

In this role, you will drive cost-effectiveness through thorough analysis of cost drivers and active follow-up on gap analyses. Your work will be instrumental in identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze both financial and non-financial KPIs related to factory and distribution center performance
• 
  
• Monitor and explain variances between budget plans and actual results
• 
  
• Provide insights into Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) to support strategic decision-making
• 
  
• Support financial processes including reporting, analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
• 
  
• Communicate findings clearly across departments and contribute to cross-functional collaboration
• 
  
• Act as a safety role model and promote efficiency and accountability in operations

Profile Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar controller role
• 
  
• Strong skills in Excel and analytical tools
• 
  
• Solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• 
  
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic business environment
• 
  
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
