We’re expanding our mobile team and are looking for both iOS and Android Developers who enjoy creating seamless mobile experiences, collaborating across disciplines, and building robust telephony features used by thousands of professionals every day. Whether you specialize in Swift for iOS or Kotlin for Android, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our companion app that brings the power of Telavox’s telephony services to mobile devices. You’ll join our Malmö-based mobile team and work on the Telavox companion app, which enables our users to manage their communications wherever they are. The app is central to our product experience, and we’re continuously improving its performance, usability, and features.

Depending on your platform expertise, your day-to-day could include:

As an iOS Developer:

• Building and maintaining features using Swift and SwiftUI

• Collaborating with UX and backend teams to deliver consistent cross-platform functionality

• Managing App Store releases and improving app performance

• Participating in code reviews and architecture discussions

As an Android Developer:

• Developing new features and maintaining the app using Kotlin

• Ensuring excellent UI/UX by following Material Design and Android best practices

• Working closely with iOS and backend teams to ensure consistency across platforms

• Participating in Play Store deployment and CI/CD workflows

You’ll be part of a diverse, skilled, and fun team where your voice matters and where continuous improvement is a shared goal.

You're a mobile developer with a strong foundation in either iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) development. You love working in cross-functional teams, are driven by solving real user problems, and enjoy writing clean, maintainable code.

Key skills and experience we’re looking for:

• 4+ years of software development experience, with at least 2+ years focused on mobile (iOS or Android)

• Proficiency in Swift (iOS) or Kotlin (Android)

• Experience working with REST APIs and modern app architectures

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools for mobile (e.g., Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Gradle)

Good-to-have skills:

• Interest in cross-platform collaboration and basic knowledge of the other platform

• Experience with call-related APIs (e.g., CallKit for iOS, Telecom API for Android)

• Familiarity with real-time communication technologies like WebRTC or SIP
