About the RoleWe are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Paid Social to take full ownership of the paid social media channels. In this key role, you will be responsible for both the strategic direction and operational execution of paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta and other social channels. You’ll collaborate closely with the creative and content teams to craft high-performing ad creatives, while using data to optimize performance and drive strong business results.
In this role you will:
The ideal candidate has several years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, particularly on platforms like Meta and TikTok. You have a strong strategic mindset, paired with the ability to execute and optimize campaigns across multiple markets. A solid understanding of data analysis and performance tracking is essential, along with experience collaborating closely with creative teams to develop high-performing ad assets. Experience supporting international expansion and adapting campaigns to new markets is a strong plus.
