About the Role:

On behalf of our client Xitricon Filal we are seeking an experienced Senior Lead Consultant / Business Analyst with 15+ years of expertise in IFS Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and IFS Supply Chain Management (SCM). The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end project delivery—from initial business requirements scoping to implementation and training—while ensuring seamless integration with IFS Finance, Manufacturing, Service Management, and Human Resources modules in the Nordic/ Baltic and Asia market. The role is based out of Stockholm, Sweden.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full project lifecycle for IFS CRM & SCM solutions, including:

Business requirement analysis & solution scoping

Feasibility assessment, estimation, and stakeholder approval

Functional specification documentation

System configuration, testing, and deployment

End-user training and post-implementation support

Provide expert consultancy on IFS SCM/CRM functionalities, ensuring alignment with business processes.

Act as a Support Consultant for SCM, overseeing market unit operations and assisting in decision-making as an Assistant Support Manager.

Previous experience as a Consulting Request (CR) Manager in the IFS South Asia market unit is highly desirable.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IFS ERP solutions for clients.

Required Skills & Experience:

15+ years of hands-on experience in IFS CRM & SCM modules.

Deep functional knowledge of IFS Finance, Manufacturing, Service Management, and HR integrations.

Proven track record in business analysis, solution design, and implementation.

Strong background in support management, consulting request handling, and stakeholder coordination.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project leadership skills.

Ability to mentor junior consultants and drive best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in IFS Applications (CRM/SCM modules).

Experience in market unit support operations and escalation management.
