Ericsson AB Join our Team Job Title: Service Owner Within BCSS CNE SPS, Shared Verification Cloud, we are looking for a senior leader who will be able to take the role of “Service Owner” for parts of our services. As the Service Owner of the service you will be responsible for the governance of the life cycle management of the service across sites on a global level, that includes the service design to secure Service descriptions, SLA, Deployment and measurements also to provide prioritization input to the Service Development backlog of the service offerings within the scope of the Service. As the Service owner you will be responsible for aligning and merging the development backlogs of each service offering within your responsibility area in close collaboration with Product Owners. ​What you will do * LCM (Life cycle management) responsible in PPM * The service being properly defined and described in SPS Service Registry * Responsible for IT assets (e.g, Hardware, instances, Software) the service generates, if there are any​ * Secure adherence to BCSS Development Environment Service Framework * Responsible to fulfill applicable security and architecture requirements (Compliance)​ * Business Continuity management responsible for the service ​ * making sure the service is appropriately staffed and funded * Establishing / contribute to the service roadmap (if required)​ * Ensure stakeholders and users of the services understand what the service is, does and how it is ordered​ * Act on issues in the service dependency’s (e.g dependency to a SAN, PLM , E-IT delivered service)​ * Ensure that measurements and reporting of service quality and performance is possible​ * Set and follow KPIs to track Service performance You will bring * Excellent leadership experience  * Deep understanding of the R&D flow as well as of Lean and Agile methodology * Deep understanding on how to perform efficient Development and Operations including continuous design, integration, deployment and operations * Overall technical knowledge of Cloud Native Software Development * Technical knowledge of Ericsson Cloud products and BCSS products * Experience working with budgeting and financials * The capability to formulate strategies for a highly efficient development environment as well as software pipelines * The ability to work closely with Programs, PDUs, Engineering Services, IT and other Ericsson partners * The ability to break down barriers to support a speedy execution in a high pace environment * Ability to lead teams into new ways of working and have a track record of setting and delivering to high standards * Thrive in a constantly evolving and complex environment * MSc level in a technical field or the equivalent level of knowledge * Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
