ABOUT THE ROLE

Main responsibilities and tasks:

This role gives you the chance to lead exciting liquid development projects while staying close to the creative process through hands-on lab work. It’s a unique blend of strategic thinking and practical involvement, where you’ll help drive innovation and support the day-to-day work in our Liquid Development Lab. If you enjoy working across teams and want to make a real impact in both planning and execution, this is a great opportunity to grow and contribute.

Project Management (Primary Focus)

• Lead and manage product development projects within TAG, focusing on liquid development.
• Ensure smooth handover to production and compliance with quality, food safety, and sustainability standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts between departments such as Marketing, NPD R&D, and Global Innovation.
• Monitor project goals, resources, and timelines.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and ways of working within Liquid Development.

Laboratory Support (Secondary Focus)

• Perform laboratory tasks such as sample preparation, chemical and sensory analyses according to instructions.
• Assist in practical activities related to development projects.
• Support documentation and reporting of results.
• Help maintain laboratory equipment, including administrative tasks.
• Act as backup in daily lab operations when needed.

Who we think will fit in this role:

• Master’s degree in chemical engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in industrial project management.
• Laboratory experience is required.
• Strong collaboration and cross-functional communication skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and drive work independently.
• Attention to detail and structured working style.
• Flexibility and willingness to support where the need is greatest.
